About Us

The focal point for our work is the results–oriented framework from the Department of Commerce, Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program Criteria. This Criteria is used by world-class performers and those who aspire to be amongst the best. The Criteria link the major business categories of Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer and Market Focus, Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, Process Management, and Results.

We are unique in that we look at your business from a perspective of your strengths. We don’t focus on problems. Our approach helps you do the right thing, the right way, at the right time.
